Specific Requirement:

Familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 and related regulations.

Experience in Strata management (JMB, MC, owners & tenants)

Knowledge in building operations (M&E, lift, fire system, CCTV, security, housekeeping, landscape)

Able to manage operations team, security, technicians, and vendors

Experience in budgeting, cost control, and building maintenance

Able to handle residents' complaints and problem-solving

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to deal with owners, tenants, contractors, and authorities
